We are subject matter experts with over 30 years of leadership experience in secular and ecclesiastical settings. Our CEO is a former Army Lieutenant Colonel, has a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership, a Master of Business Administration, and serves as the primary leadership consultant and empowerment consultant/coach.  

We believe leadership still matters! It can be the difference-maker in an organization as well as one's personal life. We focus mainly on leading yourself, then leading others. We use scientifically proven assessments for:

• Behavior (using DISC): Explains “what” you do in a 24-page report 
• 12 Motivational Driving Forces: Explains “why” you behave in a certain way
• EQ (Emotional Intelligence): Measures your ability to understand your emotions as well as others.

We emphasize leadership empowerment for youth. Our society has made the mistake of training people when it’s too late. Youth need leadership training as well as adults. We also explain EQ, which is important to comprehend and exercise at an early age. This will facilitate growth in maturity and success personally and professionally.

We emphasize leadership for veterans and veteran spouses. The military leadership model is narrow because it deals with national defense. The truth is there are many excellent leadership styles for various situations and organizations. We honor the military leadership training and supplement it with our own training to allow veterans and veteran spouses to harness and hone their own leadership uniqueness and values.
